MONTROSE, DELTA & OURAY COUNTIES - COLORADO - REAL ESTATE

SUMMER HAS ARRIVED!

The area has sprung to life with summer activities and events happening in earnest. Strong activity has also been seen in the real estate market with new inventory becoming available on a daily basis and showing activity increasing. If you have been considering a move, buying or selling, this is an ideal time as we should see even more properties come to market over the next few months.

Year-to-date, sales in the tri-county area are up 17.15% and dollar volume is higher by 31% when compared to last year. Properties continue to command strong prices when positioned to the market given traditional factors of condition, location, views, and amenities. As an owner, you may be surprised by the value of your property and, if curious, I'd be happy to provide a detailed analysis of your property in today's market. For buyers, this time of year is a great opportunity to make a move with more choices coming to market throughout the area, in all areas and price ranges.

Between the rivers, trails, golf courses, and other activities, cultural opportunities abound, from the San Jaun Trail Tri to the Ouray International Film Festival, Rock the Block to the Western Sky Balloon Festival and Farmer's Markets. It is always a special time of year and I hope you can take advantage of everything the area has to offer. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
